At OuterPocket, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

- The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. The refund method may depend on the original payment method and available payment options.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at outerpocket21@gmail.com and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, OuterPocket may cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
